The Fantic Caballero Flat Track 125 was created to change your riding perspective and allow you to experience the adrenaline of competition everyday. The homologated 19″ front and rear tyres, characterised by the ‘dirt’ design, offer great stability, giving you a ‘sideways’ show. The offroad will no longer be the only element of your dreams, the asphalt will have the taste of strong emotions.
The Caballero Flat Track, equipped with the brand new Minarelli Euro 5 engine with Variable Valve Actuation and slipper clutch, is a legendary bike brought back thanks to Fantic. This exciting “alternative” way of riding a motorcycle comes straight from the US dirt tracks and is introduced to the European and International street markets for the first time. This is in fact, the very first production flat track inspired motorcycle with 19” street legal dirt wheels, front and rear.

ENGINE

The brand new Minarelli engine that powers all of the 125cc 4-stroke motorbikes manufactured in Italy by Fantic, makes its debut.. A high-tech 125 cc 4-stroke engine with higher performance than the previous Euro 4. Key developments are the electronic fuel injection, the Variable Valve Actuation system and the slipper clutch. The VVA System offers quick response and maximum acceleration at all times thanks to the use of each cam in it’s optimum performance range in combination with the new thermostatic valve. The new cylinder head offers more efficient combustion, which is translated into more power, less fuel consumption and less pollution.

CHASSIS

The Caballero Flat Track 125 is characterised by a Chrome-molybdenum steel central-tube frame which once again favours lightness, ensuring incredible agility and comfort. The front fork is a 41mm upside-down FANTIC FRS, the rear suspension is an adjustable FANTIC FRS. The main feature of Flat Track bikes and this Caballero is the 19″ wheel mounted on both the front and rear. This feature provides greater stability and control sideways. On the asphalt and in everyday use, safety is also enhanced in both wet and dry conditions. The 320mm front and 230mm rear wave brake discs, and the disengageable dual-channel Continental ABS make an even smoother use on the track.

AESTHETICS

Iconic design, with the same “Caballero” badge on the tank to that of forty years ago. The side number boards show the number 19 (a reference to the characteristic size of the Flat Track wheels). In addition to the matt black colour, the new model year 2021 adds another colour, a new silver to match the darker metallic grey and matt black colouring on the side panels and mudguards.
